Dominion Springs Plaza

D. Wilson Construction completed the Dominion Spring Plaza, a mixed-use commercial development with five buildings totaling 65,899 square feet, built in two phases. The buildings feature Fox Block insulated concrete form construction, long-span bar joist roofs with metal decking, and custom clay tile accents. Exterior finishes include aluminum storefronts, EFIS, custom ceramic tile accents, and rough cedar shade structures. The project includes full site development with utilities, paving, landscaping, and shell buildings ready for tenant finish-out for retail, food service, and personal services.
