Leo Peña Placita Park

D. Wilson Construction renovated a 3+ acre outdoor amphitheater and wood pavilion in the City of Mission. The new design features a modern steel structure with vibrant citrus-colored fabric canopies and a 1,000-square-foot concrete stage equipped with power and lighting for events. Multi-level grass seating maintains the park's original charm, while vendor areas with crushed granite and power support future festivals. The project successfully preserved existing trees during excavation and was framed by nearby buildings and a railroad track, thanks in part to effective collaboration with City of Mission staff..
