D. Wilson Construction developed a 10,700-square-foot auto service center for QuickLane, featuring 12 automotive bays, an employee lounge, and storage rooms. The building was constructed with concrete block walls, steel columns, and a steel roof. The exterior includes aluminum panels, a storefront, 33 parking spaces, underground storm drainage, and a large retention pond at the rear.
