South Texas College – Nursing & Allied Health
Project Description
D. Wilson Construction completed the 90,051-square-foot Nursing & Allied Health Building at South Texas College, a four-story facility on a 7-acre site. It includes a library, dining areas, administration offices, classrooms, advanced laboratories for radiology and imaging, and a hospital simulation lab. Site improvements featured grading, utilities, bio-swales, expanded retention pond capacity, and 174 parking spaces. The project also added a thermal plant with two 500-ton chillers to support the new and existing buildings.
