Project Description
D. Wilson Construction completed a new two-story STEM facility at South Texas College, spanning 50,614 square feet. The building features nine chemistry labs, eight biology/genetics labs, and a computer lab, all equipped with state-of-the-art lab tables, fume hoods, and safety features like EPO® buttons and eye wash stations. An exterior AutoClave® exhaust system ensures proper ventilation. The facility's exterior combines brick veneer, structural steel, stucco, and Alucobond® ACM panels, complemented by a storefront and curtain wall system.
