South Texas ISD New Administration Building

D. Wilson Construction renovated a 46,677 SF concrete precast and steel structure into the new administrative offices for South Texas Independent School District (STISD). The project included adding a 6,475 SF second floor for management offices and a complete interior overhaul. DWCC removed all existing elements and installed new walls, finishes, a chilled air conditioning system, and updated lighting to modernize the facility.
