D. Wilson Construction built a new 3,245-square-foot, one-story building for Starr County Memorial Hospital, featuring brick, stucco, and metal walls with a built-up roof. The new space includes a lobby, reception area, offices, restrooms, CT scan, ultrasound, and mechanical/electrical rooms.
