UT Health Rio Grande Valley Multispecialty Health Clinic

D. Wilson Construction completed the finish-out of an existing building into a multipurpose clinic for UTRGV UT Health, housing OB/GYN, Family, Night Clinic, Surgical Suites, and Optometry/Optical services. The project included 35 surgery/exam rooms, an x-ray center, audiology booth, 10 restrooms, 4 waiting rooms, and 54 parking stalls. Interior finishes featured LVT, carpet squares, sheet vinyl in surgical suites, and custom optometry millwork. The exterior was finished with stucco and ACM panels.
