D. Wilson Construction built a state-of-the-art 3,866 SF Golf Practice Facility for the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley at the Champion Lakes Golf Course in McAllen, Texas. The facility includes coaches’ offices, locker rooms, hitting bays, study rooms, and storage. DWCC optimized the design by converting the original wood framing into a cost-effective Pre-Engineered Metal Building system, improving both quality and affordability while seamlessly integrating into the active course despite site challenges.
